Top 10 Claude AI Training Providers in the UK for 2027
Updated 8 November 2026
Disclosure: this guide is published on Digital Training Jet's website, the company Parikshit Khanna founded. Use the checklist to compare any provider, including us.

Most UK organisations we speak to already have a handful of people using Claude on their own. The question for 2027 is how to bring the rest of the team up to speed properly, without tripping over data protection rules or paying for the wrong format. Our team checked the ten providers below on their own websites on 8 November 2026, and for each one we say which kind of buyer it suits.
Context matters here. Anthropic calls London one of its most important research and commercial hubs outside the US, and it announced more King's Cross office space in April 2026 (The National). The product changed shape this autumn too, with Opus 5.5 released on 22 September 2026 and Cowork merged into a single Claude app. Training bought in early 2026 may already feel dated.
Quick answer
Budget of zero? Start with Anthropic Academy or Coursera. Need a public classroom date? NobleProg UK, The Knowledge Academy and Jellyfish Training all list UK options, and QA offers one hour virtual primers. Chasing a credential for technical staff? Learning Tree prepares people for Anthropic's certification exams. Board level strategy sits with Oxford Saïd and Cambridge Judge. If you want one department trained together on its own documents, live online in UK hours, that is what we do, and we set out our evidence below.
Three UK checks before you book
UK GDPR and the ICO. The ICO's AI hub links to its guidance on AI and data protection and on explaining AI assisted decisions, plus a risk toolkit, and warns that this material is being reviewed after the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. We build exercises on redacted or synthetic files so nothing personal has to leave your systems. General information, not legal advice.
Working hours. British clocks went back on 25 October 2026 and go forward on 28 March 2027 (GOV.UK). Through winter India runs five and a half hours ahead of GMT, and four and a half during British Summer Time, so a London morning class lands in the Indian afternoon.
Plan settings. Claude's pricing page lists Team and Enterprise as not training on your content by default, while consumer plans give each user a privacy setting. It showed Pro at USD 20 a month (USD 17 billed annually) and Team Standard at USD 25 per seat (USD 20 billed annually) when we checked. Prices can change.
How we evaluated providers
Does the provider's own page show real Claude content, or general AI with Claude as one tool among many?
Can a UK buyer actually attend: UK venues, UK hours, private bookings or self paced access?
Will learners practise, or mostly watch?
Is the audience clear: everyday users, technical staff or senior leaders?
We left out prices on purpose; ask each provider directly.
Top 10 Claude AI training providers in the UK for 2027
1. Parikshit Khanna, founder of Digital Training Jet (Greater Noida West; live online for UK teams)
Our founder leads every Claude programme we run for international clients. UK sessions are delivered live online and timed for British mornings. We have not delivered onsite in the UK; visits happen only by arrangement. The most relevant example is BT E-Serv India, the British Telecom business in Gurugram, where Parikshit ran a hybrid Claude workshop on 6 August 2026 for Legal, Compliance and Company Secretariat staff and showed how a finished workflow carries over to Copilot. In October 2026 he took four Emami departments, from Legal and Audit to Health Care, through 3 hour Claude sessions online, and on 5 November 2026 he ran Franklin Templeton India's organisation wide AI session on Microsoft Teams. He has completed Anthropic Academy courses in Claude 101, Claude Cowork and AI Capabilities and Limitations.
Suits: UK companies and India linked groups that want one department working on its own redacted files.
Recent proof: BT E-Serv India, Emami and Franklin Templeton India, August to November 2026.

2. Jellyfish Training (The Shard, London, or live online)
Part of Jellyfish Group, this UK trainer has one of the most up to date public Claude outlines we found. Its day long Claude.ai course gives time to context engineering, Skills, Cowork and connectors as well as Projects and Artifacts, and attendees receive a certificate of attendance. Companies can also book it as a private session.
Suits: non technical staff in any function who want a full day on Claude.ai.
Delivery: public dates in London or online, plus private bookings.
Website: Jellyfish Training
3. QA (Live virtual classroom)
QA's catalogue carries bite sized Claude Web sessions of an hour each. The Essentials session introduces the workspace, conversation management, document analysis and first drafts, while a separate prompting webinar uses QA's TCEF checklist. For a large workforce these make a sensible first touch before deeper, role based work.
Suits: L&D teams that need a short Claude introduction at scale.
Delivery: one hour live online sessions with Q&A.

4. Learning Tree (Virtual classes or private team training)
If the goal is a credential, Learning Tree is the clearest UK route we found. Since late August 2026 it has offered instructor led exam preparation for Anthropic's Claude certifications, and the UK site shows courses of two to three days across associate, architect and developer tracks. It is aimed at technical roles; general office users will get more from a practical workshop.
Suits: architects, developers and IT leads.
Delivery: live virtual classes, or private training for a whole team.
Website: Learning Tree UK
5. NobleProg UK (Your premises or online)
NobleProg's introductory Claude course runs over 14 hours and assumes no AI background. The syllabus takes in business automation, customer engagement, chatbot ideas, CRM integration and responsible use, taught through lectures and live lab exercises. Provisional public dates appear across English and Welsh cities into early 2027.
Suits: organisations that want a documented syllabus to sign off in advance.
Delivery: instructor led, onsite in the UK or online.
Website: NobleProg UK
6. The Knowledge Academy (Venues across the UK)
With venues listed from Belfast to Brighton plus a virtual option, The Knowledge Academy is the most widely available classroom route. Its single day Claude AI course moves through six modules, including handling long documents and a short look at coding and automation, and it can also be run in house.
Suits: learners who want a public date close to home.
Delivery: classroom, online with an instructor, self paced or at your office.
Website: The Knowledge Academy
7. Anthropic Academy (Free, online)
Anthropic's own academy is the right first stop for anyone with no training budget. Learners can work through Claude 101, the Cowork introduction and the AI Fluency series, and the AI Capabilities and Limitations course helps staff judge when not to trust an answer. It teaches the product well, but it cannot see your workflows.
Suits: individuals and pilot groups preparing for a wider rollout.
Delivery: self paced lessons and quizzes.
Website: Anthropic Academy

8. Cambridge Judge Business School (In person, Cambridge)
Cambridge's four day executive programme on generative AI is built for managers who must lead change, not just use a tool. The days cover how models work, people and culture, copyright and privacy, governance of agentic systems, and strategy. The page names no particular AI product, so expect broad generative AI rather than Claude specific training.
Suits: senior managers and functional heads.
Delivery: four days on site, with cohorts from November 2026 through July 2027.
Website: Cambridge Judge
9. Oxford Saïd Business School (Online)
Saïd's four week online programme pairs generative AI basics with a practical module on agents, including designing a use case and drafting governance documents. It is deliberately tool agnostic. For a board level view of where Claude fits alongside other platforms, it is a credible academic choice.
Suits: directors, CIO level leaders and senior consultants.
Delivery: online, with a weekly live session that is also recorded.
Website: Oxford Saïd
10. Coursera (Self paced)
Anthropic and Advancing Women in Tech built a four module beginner course on Coursera that takes roughly four hours. Lessons feature guest speakers from Anthropic and cover memory, context, Artifacts and connectors. Enrolling is free; the certificate is a paid extra.
Suits: individual learners who want a structured introduction.
Delivery: on demand video, readings and quizzes.
Website: Coursera
Public course, executive programme or team workshop?
Public courses (NobleProg, The Knowledge Academy, Jellyfish, QA) work for a few individuals; the exercises use generic cases.
Executive programmes (Oxford Saïd, Cambridge Judge) give strategy, governance and peer learning, with limited time inside Claude itself.
Certification prep (Learning Tree) is for exam readiness in technical roles.
Free self study (Anthropic Academy, Coursera) needs little commitment, but nobody reviews your own work.
A team workshop, which is our model, trains one department on its own sanitised documents, agrees written team rules and adds a follow up window.

FAQs
Do you send a trainer to UK offices?
Our UK work is live online. We have not delivered onsite in the UK, though a visit can be discussed by arrangement for a larger programme.
Can one session include colleagues in London and in India?
Yes. A live online session can bring both groups together, and a UK morning start falls in the Indian afternoon, which suits mixed teams.
Do your programmes cover Copilot as well as Claude?
Yes. Parikshit trains on Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini, and the BT E-Serv India workshop ended with a demo of moving a Claude workflow into Copilot.
Will our staff receive an Anthropic certificate?
No. Our sessions, like most courses, give a provider completion record. Anthropic runs its own certification exams, and Learning Tree is one UK option for preparing for them.
How do you keep client data out of the exercises?
We work from redacted or synthetic versions of your documents and agree the rules with your data protection lead before the session. This is general information, not legal advice.
