Many Indonesian companies do not sit in one city. A mid sized group might have a Jakarta head office, a plant or warehouse near Surabaya and sales staff spread across Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi, working in three time zones. That makes Claude training a logistics question as much as a content one. We wrote this buyer's guide for HR, L&D and digital transformation leads choosing a Claude training partner for 2027, and we compare local Indonesian providers, global course platforms and our own live online programmes side by side.

Regulation is the other reason to plan carefully. PP 33/2026, the implementing regulation for the Personal Data Protection Law, was signed on 16 July 2026 and applies from 16 January 2027, tightening rules on consent and children's data. Meanwhile, Katadata reported in October 2026 that the national AI roadmap regulation was still being harmonised between ministries, with sector guidance for health, education and finance to follow.

Start by deciding whether you need a team programme or individual courses. The top 10 Claude AI training providers in Indonesia for 2027

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, live online in WIB hours)

Digital Training Jet, founded by Parikshit Khanna in 2020, has not yet worked with an Indonesian client, so we point to the nearest evidence. In September 2026 Parikshit led an AI marketing programme using Claude and Gemini for Emami's team based in Bangkok, our latest Southeast Asian engagement. Emami then booked Claude sessions for four of its departments in October 2026, run live online, and has asked for a follow on Claude module for its healthcare business. Other Claude work includes a hybrid workshop for BT E-Serv India's Legal, Compliance and Company Secretariat teams in August 2026 and a session for RG Group's directors on choosing between Claude Team and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business. Because Jakarta is just 90 minutes ahead of India, live sessions fit inside the Indonesian working day; onsite visits are possible by arrangement.

2. Anthropic Academy (Online)

Claude's maker runs a free learning site. Courses include Claude 101, an introduction to Claude Cowork, AI Capabilities and Limitations, an AI Fluency course for small businesses, and Deploying Claude Enterprise with Confidence for rollout planners. Learners earn certificates on completion.

  • Suited to: any employee or IT admin wanting accurate, current feature knowledge

3. BuildWithAngga (Online, Bahasa Indonesia)

This Indonesian platform publishes Claude classes in Bahasa Indonesia for non programmers, covering Claude for business, work and study, alongside developer classes on Claude Code and building web apps with Claude's help. Its free tips section explains features like Projects, Artifacts and Memory in Indonesian. Paid classes are sold with lifetime access.

4. Olakses (Jakarta area, onsite, online and hybrid)

Olakses describes itself as an AI powered digital marketing agency and an independent training provider, not part of Anthropic. Its Claude programme for companies has three packages: Kickstart (about four hours), Bootcamp (two days) and Team Enablement, which adds workspace setup and weekly coaching. Exercises use real tasks from each division and need no coding.

5. The Knowledge Academy (Jakarta)

The Knowledge Academy offers a Jakarta edition of its Claude AI Certification Course. In a single day it works through Claude basics, structured prompting, analysis of long files, SOP and meeting summary use cases, simple code help and how to spot wrong answers. You can learn with a live online trainer, self paced, or at your own premises.

6. Coursera (Online)

Coursera hosts "AI Fundamentals with Claude", produced by Advancing Women in Tech together with Anthropic. Beginners complete four modules in roughly four hours and can add the certificate to LinkedIn.

7. RevoU Business (Indonesia)

RevoU trains Indonesian companies in tiers: foundations for everyone, specialised tracks by function and an AI builder's lab for engineering teams. Claude, Claude Code and Claude Cowork are named in its tool list together with Microsoft and Google tools. Curricula are tailored by industry, and banking, telecom and government clients can choose formats such as masked data sessions. University programmes are run with BINUS and ITB.

8. Simpliaxis (Live online, Indonesian time)

Simpliaxis lists a 48 hour engineering course on agentic AI with Anthropic's Claude for Indonesia, taught live online in evening slots on Western Indonesian Time. Content covers Claude models, the Claude API, the Agent SDK, MCP, RAG, multi agent patterns and deployment. Python familiarity is expected.

9. Dicoding (Online, Bahasa Indonesia)

Dicoding is an Indonesian online academy. Its generative AI classes, such as Belajar Penggunaan Generative AI, are self paced in Bahasa Indonesia and end with a competency certificate, but they focus on Gemini and Google Workspace and do not mention Claude. Use them for general AI literacy and ask whether Claude is covered.

10. DataCamp (Online)

DataCamp offers Claude 101, built by Anthropic and adapted to DataCamp's hands on lesson format. The course teaches prompting, Projects, Artifacts, Skills, connectors and Research mode, needs no technical background, and awards a statement of accomplishment. The site interface is available in Bahasa Indonesia.

A Claude programme for Indonesian teams in WIB hours

  • Day 1, 09:00 to 12:00 WIB: safe use under UU PDP, your plan settings, prompt structure, and a shared Claude Project for the team.

  • Day 2, 09:00 to 12:00 WIB: reports, proposals and customer replies drafted in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with native speaker review.

  • Day 3, 09:00 to 12:00 WIB: Cowork and Artifacts for one repeat task per department, finished and checked during the session.

  • Two weeks later: a short follow up to fix problems and extend the prompt library.


How to compare Claude providers in Indonesia: our buyer's checklist

  1. Recent, dated Claude delivery, not only general AI talks.

  2. Current features on screen: Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Cowork inside Claude, Projects, connectors and Skills.

  3. Practice on your company's own cleaned documents.

  4. A clear explanation of what UU PDP and PP 33/2026 mean for prompts.

  5. A recommendation on Free, Pro, Team or Enterprise seats for each role.

  6. A plan for checking Bahasa Indonesia output.

  7. Materials that stay with you and a follow up session.

  8. A reference you can contact.


Regulation watch for 2027

General information, not legal advice. Indonesia's PDP Law, Law No. 27 of 2022, came into force on 17 October 2022 and its two year transition ended on 17 October 2024, so full compliance is already expected. PP 33/2026 adds detailed consent, consent record and child data duties from 16 January 2027. An AI roadmap regulation is still in process. For Claude rollouts, that means three habits from day one: remove personal identifiers such as NIK numbers before prompting, work inside a company Team or Enterprise workspace, and have a person review anything sent outside. On language, Anthropic's documentation reports Claude Opus 5.5 at 99.1% of its English benchmark score in Indonesian.

FAQs

Why consider a Delhi NCR provider for an Indonesian team?

Live online sessions remove travel between islands, and the 90 minute time difference keeps sessions inside normal office hours. Compare us with RevoU and Olakses and choose on evidence.

Do you have Indonesian references?

Can staff in Makassar or Jayapura join?

Yes. A 09:00 WIB start is 10:00 in WITA and 11:00 in WIT, so one live session can serve all three zones.

Does Claude write good Bahasa Indonesia?

Anthropic's own benchmark puts Indonesian close to English performance. We still recommend a native reviewer for anything customer facing.

Will PP 33/2026 stop us using Claude?
