Disclosure: this guide is published on Digital Training Jet's website, the company Parikshit Khanna founded. Use the checklist to compare any provider, including us.

If you lead HR or learning and development for a Singapore company, the first decision is not which trainer to hire but which route to take: a funded public course for a few individuals, or a company programme that trains a department together. This buyer's guide lists ten Claude training options our team verified on their own pages on 8 November 2026, and it is careful about funding claims.

Two local facts shape the choice. The PDPC's advisory guidelines on using personal data in AI systems have been available since 1 March 2024, and NTUC now supports subscription fees for selected AI tools under its UTAP scheme. On the product side, Claude Opus 5.5 was released on 22 September 2026, so make sure any outline you pay for is current.

Quick answer

Individuals chasing funding should read the course pages of Vertical Institute, NUS ISS and SMU Academy, which state SkillsFuture support. The deepest public Claude course we found is Temasek Polytechnic's two day programme. For quick, low commitment learning, Anthropic Academy and Coursera are self paced, and Ancourage Academy runs two hour classes. For one department practising on its own documents in Singapore office hours, our own team programme is listed first, with a frank note that we have no Singapore clients yet.

How we evaluated providers

  • Is Claude actually taught, or is it one tool inside a general generative AI course?

  • Is funding stated on the provider's official page, and with what conditions?

  • Can a Singapore learner attend easily: local venue, online option or self paced?

  • Does the format include real practice?

  • Prices are left out deliberately; they change.

Funded public course or company programme?

Singapore employers have more funding routes than most, which is a reason to be precise.

  • Public courses for individuals. Where an official page states SkillsFuture support, as Vertical Institute, NUS ISS and SMU Academy do, individuals may cut their fees. Validity dates change, so confirm at enrolment.

  • AI tool subscriptions. NTUC's UTAP page says members can claim half of the subscription fee for selected AI tools between 1 May 2026 and 30 April 2028, after finishing a UTAP approved AI course and within annual caps. Whether Claude qualifies depends on NTUC's approved list at the time.

  • Company programmes. A programme like ours is quoted to the company and is not listed as SkillsFuture funded. In return, one department practises on its own documents and leaves with written team rules.

Many employers mix the two: a funded public course for a few champions, then a company session for everyone else.

Top 10 Claude AI training providers in Singapore for 2027

1. Parikshit Khanna, founder of Digital Training Jet (Greater Noida West; live online for Singapore teams)

We should be upfront: Digital Training Jet has not yet trained a Singapore company. Our nearest regional reference is Emami's Bangkok team, which Parikshit took through an AI marketing programme with Claude and Gemini in September 2026, live online. In October 2026 he ran 3 hour Claude sessions online for four Emami departments, from Legal and Audit to Health Care, and on 3 November 2026 he gave AlEssa Med in Kuwait an online AI demo. Because Singapore sits only two and a half hours ahead of India, sessions fit comfortably inside your working day. Every programme starts from your team's recurring tasks and a short list of data rules agreed with your managers. Parikshit has completed Anthropic Academy courses in Claude 101, Claude Cowork and AI Capabilities and Limitations.

  • Suits: companies that want a department to learn Claude together on its own redacted files.

  • Recent proof: Emami (Bangkok team and Kolkata departments) and AlEssa Med, September to November 2026.

  • Website: digitaltrainingjet.com

2. Vertical Institute (Lifelong Learning Institute, Eunos, or online)

The Claude Certification Programme is Vertical Institute's beginner route into generative AI, with seven lessons, an assessment and a capstone adding up to roughly 21.5 hours. It treats Claude as one of four assistants, alongside ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, and adds no code automation. On funding, its FAQ cites SkillsFuture Credit for eligible Singaporeans, plus UTAP and PSEA, and a banner mentions SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit for companies.

  • Suits: career switchers, team leads and business owners starting from zero.

  • Delivery: weekday or weekend intakes, in person or online.

  • Website: Vertical Institute

3. NUS Institute of Systems Science (Singapore)

For leadership teams, NUS ISS runs a two day course on generative AI for business and government leaders. Day two moves from tool practice to a group proposal covering use case, value, risks, governance and roadmap. Several assistants are named, Claude among them, so this is a leadership course on generative AI in general. Its page lists SSG funding for 2026 valid up to 26 November 2026, so check the position for 2027 intakes.

  • Suits: owners, public sector leaders and innovation heads.

  • Delivery: two days, 9.00am to 5.30pm, laptop required.

  • Website: NUS ISS

  • Hands on AI working session with a leadership team
  • A corporate team outside their office after an onsite AI training day with Parikshit Khanna
  • Corporate team with Parikshit Khanna after AI training

4. Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore)

Temasek's Claude course is unusually broad for two days. It runs from Projects and Artifacts linked to live data to Cowork for document synthesis and Claude Code for multi file prototypes, with enterprise case studies such as Stripe and Rakuten. A section on PDPA compliance and Singapore's governance framework keeps it locally grounded. Participants need a Windows laptop and a paid Claude Pro subscription. The page lists it under the SkillsFuture Series but does not state funding, so confirm fees through its application link.

  • Suits: PMEs in any role who want depth on Claude itself.

  • Delivery: an intensive two day course; enquiries go to Temasek SkillsFuture Academy.

  • Website: Temasek Polytechnic

5. Anthropic Academy (Online, free)

Before spending on any course, we suggest staff complete a module or two on Anthropic's own learning site, which it describes as free AI education. The AI Fluency course explains delegation, description, discernment and diligence, a handy shared vocabulary for teams. Claude 101 and the Cowork introduction cover the product itself.

  • Suits: every employee, as pre work for a team programme.

  • Delivery: self paced lessons with short quizzes.

  • Website: Anthropic Academy

6. Coursera (Online)

On Coursera, Anthropic teamed up with Advancing Women in Tech for a beginner Claude course of around four hours. Modules move from how prompts, context and memory work to research, document creation with Artifacts, and connectors. It is taught in English, with other language options.

  • Suits: individuals who study after hours.

  • Delivery: on demand; the certificate costs extra.

  • Website: Coursera

7. Ancourage Academy (Bishan, Woodlands or online)

Ancourage Academy splits Claude into six two hour workshops, so learners take only what they need: research and productivity, presentations, marketing, a plan for their own function, and more. Classes run at its Bishan and Woodlands centres or live online, and each comes with a certificate of completion. The page does not mention SkillsFuture funding.

  • Suits: SME staff and owners who want a quick, practical skill.

  • Delivery: two hour classes, in person or online.

  • Website: Ancourage Academy

8. iCert Global (Classroom or live online)

iCert Global lists a Claude AI certification bootcamp for Singapore of 24 hours across four days, plus an e learning route with 180 days of exam prep access. The syllabus leans towards content, marketing and productivity tasks, with AI safety and dealing with wrong answers. SkillsFuture is not mentioned.

  • Suits: social media, marketing and customer service professionals.

  • Delivery: four day classroom or online class with recordings, or self paced.

  • Website: iCert Global

9. SMU Academy (Singapore)

SMU Academy's generative AI catalogue includes advanced certificates on ethics and data protection and on app design and prompt engineering, plus an industry graduate diploma on large language models and AI governance. The page says these courses are SkillsFuture Credit eligible and available online. Claude is not named, so check tool coverage before enrolling.

  • Suits: professionals who want academic credentials with a governance angle.

  • Delivery: online.

  • Website: SMU Academy

10. NTUC LearningHub (Zoom or classroom)

NTUC LearningHub's two day course for business professionals is built around ChatGPT, with prompt engineering, image generation, audio and video synthesis and an ethics module. It does not mention Claude, so treat it as general generative AI training and ask whether Claude is covered. A SkillsFuture Credit heading appears on the page without further detail.

  • Suits: non technical staff who want a wide introduction to generative AI.

  • Delivery: live on Zoom or in a physical class, with a 1:20 trainer ratio.

  • Website: NTUC LearningHub

Data protection and governance for Singapore teams

  • The PDPC's advisory guidelines on personal data in AI recommendation and decision systems cover consent, notification and when an AI vendor may act as a data intermediary.

  • Singapore's second National AI Strategy, launched on 4 December 2023, pairs growth targets with a trusted environment and guardrails (MDDI).

  • For Claude, plan choice matters. Claude's pricing page lists Team and Enterprise as not training on your content by default, and showed Pro at USD 20 a month and Team Standard at USD 25 per seat monthly when we checked.

  • Our sessions use redacted or synthetic records, and nothing that identifies a customer goes into a prompt.

General information, not legal advice.

How to compare Claude AI training providers in Singapore

  1. Ask which Claude programmes the provider ran in 2026 and for which kinds of team.

  2. Check the outline mentions this autumn's changes: Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5 and the single Claude app with Cowork, Docs and Slides.

  3. Find out whether exercises use your own redacted files or stock examples.

  4. Ask how PDPA and confidentiality shape what learners may paste.

  5. Request a plan recommendation (Free, Pro, Team or Enterprise) for your size.

  6. Confirm what materials learners keep and how long follow up support lasts.

  7. Verify any funding claim on the official course page.

FAQs

Has Digital Training Jet worked with Singapore companies?

Not yet. Our closest regional reference is Emami's Bangkok team, trained live online in September 2026.

What hours would sessions run?

Any slot in the Singapore working day. India is two and a half hours behind, so even a 9:00 AM Singapore start is comfortable for Parikshit.

Can SkillsFuture or UTAP pay for your programme?

Our programmes are not listed as SkillsFuture funded. UTAP support for AI tool subscriptions is a separate NTUC scheme with its own approved list.

Which option suits a small business owner?

Ancourage Academy's two hour classes or the free Anthropic Academy modules are a light start. For a team of staff, a company session built on your own work goes further.

Can one session cover Claude alongside Copilot or ChatGPT?

Yes. Parikshit trains on Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini, and many teams compare tools on the same task.
