For buyers who like to choose from a menu, NobleProg's Mumbai page is the largest Claude catalogue we found, with business, Cowork, skills and developer tracks. Mumbai specific details include two classrooms, one in Andheri East near the Western and Harbour lines and one at Mathuradas Mills in Lower Parel. 3. The Knowledge Academy (Mumbai listing)

This global training company lists its one day Claude AI Certification Course for Mumbai, with the next live online dates from 11 December 2026. Content runs from Claude basics and prompt design to working with large documents, turning blogs into emails or posts, meeting summaries, SOPs, simple scripts, and managing hallucinations and privacy. There are no prerequisites.

4. Hitesh Motwani (Mumbai based trainer)

Hitesh Motwani publishes a dedicated Claude programme for company teams on his own site. Sessions are live and hands on, using the client's own files, and can be held at the client's office or online, from a half day to several sessions. The syllabus spans Claude plans, prompting, Projects, document research, Artifacts, Excel and PowerPoint use, Cowork and adoption, and a developer track is optional. He lists visiting faculty work at K J Somaiya Institute of Management.

5. Edstellar (corporate training)

Edstellar positions Claude for Enterprise Teams as a corporate programme for knowledge workers and team leads, about 16 hours long. The modules move from safe use and comparing Claude with other assistants, through drafting and revision, to research, insight extraction and team templates. A final capstone asks the group to showcase a shared prompt library.

6. Koenig Solutions (online and trainer on demand)

Koenig offers an eight hour Claude for Everyday Productivity course that it designed itself. Formats include public batches, a dedicated instructor, Flexi self study with video access, and Fly Me a Trainer, which sends a trainer to the client's location with travel included. Teams of five or more can ask for a corporate quote.

  • Best for: IT led rollouts that already use Koenig for certifications.

  • Format: virtual, classroom, self study or at your site.

7. IIM Mumbai (online executive programme)

IIM Mumbai's "Agentic AI & LLMs for Strategic Impact" is a 30 hour online programme on weekends from 20 February to 6 March 2027. Its outline traces the move from GPT models to autonomous agents and covers multi agent systems, RAG with vector databases, and governance for enterprise agents, naming Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot Studio among the tools.

8. SPJIMR with Emeritus (online certificate)

SPJIMR's Executive Certificate Programme in AI for Business lasts seven months, with three hour live online classes on Sundays and an optional immersion day on the Mumbai campus. It targets managers with two or more years of experience and covers AI's business impact, deep learning, NLP, generative AI and responsible AI. Claude is not named, so ask how much tool practice is included.

9. Coursera (Claude courses)

Coursera carries a growing set of Claude courses. The beginner course AI Fundamentals with Claude was built with Anthropic and Advancing Women in Tech, while SkillsBooster Academy's nine hour Claude AI Comprehensive Guide works through emails, proposals, prospecting, Skills and a first Claude Code script.

10. Anthropic Academy (free)

Anthropic's course catalogue on Skilljar includes Claude 101, Claude Code 101, AI Fluency tracks and an introduction to agent skills. Claude 101 is free to register and ends with a certificate of completion.


BFSI and data notes before you train

General information, not legal advice.

  • RBI: the Reserve Bank's FREE AI committee report, released on 13 August 2025, contains 26 recommendations under six pillars and seven guiding Sutras (RBI). Ask your provider to show how exercises respect your board approved AI policy.

  • DPDP: India's data protection rules are phasing in, with most obligations due from May 2027 (AZB & Partners). Keep client and employee personal data out of training prompts.

  • Plans: Team and Enterprise add admin controls; on 5 November 2026 Enterprise gained a security center and more access controls (Claude release notes). Team Standard costs USD 25 per seat per month, or USD 20 billed annually (Claude pricing).


How to compare Claude training providers for Mumbai teams

  1. Ask which Claude programmes the provider ran in the last six months, for what kind of team, and on what date.

  2. Ask the trainer to demonstrate Opus 5.5, released on 22 September 2026 (TechNews), and the merged Claude app that replaced separate Cowork and chat modes (Unite.AI).

  3. Check that at least half the time is practice on your sanitised material.

  4. Request a one page data rulebook for participants.

  5. Ask for written plan advice, not just a feature tour.

  6. Confirm what remains after the session: templates, a prompt library, and a check in a few weeks later.


Online or onsite? Choosing a format in Mumbai

Commutes across Mumbai are long, so many teams prefer live online blocks of two to three hours. Choose online when your people sit in several offices or cities, or when trading and client hours make a full day impossible. Choose onsite when a leadership team needs a closed room session, or when people are new to Claude and benefit from someone at their shoulder.
