Top 10 Claude AI Training Providers in Dubai for 2027

If you lead HR, learning or operations at a Dubai company and someone has just asked you to "get the team on Claude" before the next budget cycle, this guide is written for you. We compare ten providers that a Dubai buyer can realistically book in 2027, from free public modules to customised company programmes, and we are open about where we fit.

Two things changed the brief this year. First, Claude itself: Opus 5.5 arrived in late September 2026, Sonnet 5.5 followed within a week, and Cowork now lives inside the everyday Claude chat. Second, the local push: under the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, each government entity was asked to name a Chief AI Officer, and the plan targets Dh100 billion of added economic value under the D33 agenda.


Quick answer

Pick by the job you need done. For awareness across hundreds of staff at no cost, start with One Million Prompters. For a single employee who wants Claude basics, Anthropic Academy and Coursera are free or low effort. For public classes with a certificate, compare iCert Global, The Knowledge Academy, Zabeel Institute and Edoxi. For specialist Claude modules such as Cowork or Claude Code, look at NobleProg and Koenig. Three Dubai factors to settle before you shortlist

  1. Which data law applies. Onshore firms work under the federal PDPL, Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021. DIFC companies follow DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, and DIFC Regulation 10 sets extra duties when personal data passes through autonomous or semi autonomous systems.   2. Which language your output needs. Many Dubai teams publish in English and Arabic. Anthropic's benchmark table shows Opus 5.5 reaching 99.3% of its English score in Arabic, which is strong, yet a native reviewer should still approve customer facing text.

  3. Which plan you will buy. Training on personal accounts creates habits you will have to undo. Decide between Team and Enterprise first, then train on that plan.

The top 10 Claude AI training providers in Dubai for 2027

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, onsite and live online)

Our founder, Parikshit Khanna, designs each programme around two or three tasks per role, using sanitised copies of the client's real documents. NobleProg publishes a large set of Claude titles for the UAE, covering business teams, executives, legal and finance staff, Cowork delegation, Skills, and Claude Code for developers. Most courses last one or two days. Sessions can be held at your office anywhere in the UAE or online through a remote desktop, and public dates were scheduled in Dubai and Sharjah at the time of our check.

3. Koenig Solutions (UAE office, live online and one to one)

Koenig's Claude for Everyday Productivity is a single day of 8 hours aimed at office users. Topics include Projects, Artifacts, Connectors and Skills, the Claude add in for Microsoft 365, Claude in Chrome, prompt refinement and privacy settings for enterprise accounts. Koenig lists a UAE contact office and offers one to one scheduling, public batches and tailored company programmes.

4. Anthropic Academy (Online)

The maker of Claude runs a free learning site with short courses. Titles we saw include Claude 101, Introduction to Claude Cowork, AI Capabilities and Limitations, AI Fluency tracks and a guide to rolling out Claude Enterprise. Completing a course earns a certificate.

5. iCert Global (Dubai)

iCert Global's Dubai Claude course spreads 24 hours of content over four days. It teaches prompting, drafting blogs, emails and reports, summarising documents, light scripting and safe use. Learners choose an in person bootcamp, recorded live online classes, an elearning route with an exam prep engine, or a company batch.

6. Edoxi Training Institute (Dubai)

Edoxi is a Bur Dubai training centre whose generative AI course spans 11 modules. Claude sits next to ChatGPT, Perplexity, NotebookLM and Microsoft Copilot, so the course is broad rather than Claude specific; ask how much time goes to Claude. Company batches can run at your office, at a hotel or online, and Edoxi says completers receive a KHDA certificate.

7. One Million Prompters (Online, Dubai government initiative)

Linked to the Dubai Universal Blueprint and run by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, this programme teaches prompt literacy in four short modules, about an hour each. Registration costs nothing. It does not focus on Claude, but the habits it builds transfer to any assistant, and learners receive a Prompt Literacy Certification.

8. The Knowledge Academy (Dubai)

This global training company offers a Claude AI Certification Course in Dubai lasting one day. Six modules move from fundamentals and prompting to large documents, SOP generation, coding assistance and the handling of wrong answers. Delivery can be live online with a trainer, self paced, in a Dubai classroom, or at your premises.

9. Coursera (Online)

On Coursera, "AI Fundamentals with Claude" comes from Advancing Women in Tech working with Anthropic. Four modules and roughly four hours of study introduce prompt patterns and AI literacy for beginners, and learners can earn a certificate to share on LinkedIn.

10. Zabeel Institute (Dubai and Sharjah)

A UAE training provider since 1988, Zabeel offers a Claude focused business course from offices in Dubai and Sharjah. Content spans prompting, business communication, document research and automation, and also touches ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini. Learners pick classroom, onsite or online study, on weekdays or weekends.


How to compare Claude providers in Dubai: our buyer's checklist

  1. Recency: request two or three dated Claude engagements from the past six months.

  2. Currency: the trainer should demonstrate Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Cowork inside Claude, Projects, connectors and Skills, not an older interface.

  3. Relevance: exercises must use your material, such as a supplier contract, a store sales sheet or a guest complaint, with personal data removed.

  4. Compliance: ask how the session respects the PDPL or DIFC rules and what the trainer tells staff never to paste.

  5. Plan guidance: a clear recommendation on Free, Pro, Team or Enterprise seats by role.

  6. Leave behinds: prompt library, team policy draft, and at least one follow up check in.

  7. References: one client you can phone.

Is our Malabar Group work Claude based?
