Disclosure: this guide is published on Digital Training Jet's website, the company Parikshit Khanna founded. Use the checklist to compare any provider, including us.

Most AI training is sold to companies with HR teams and annual budgets. A family office looks nothing like that: a few principals, a lean professional staff, heirs at very different life stages, and paperwork that must never leave the room. We wrote this buyer's guide for whoever organises learning in that setting, usually a family office CEO or a chief of staff asked to get everyone comfortable with Claude.

The segment is growing fast. Business Today, citing The Indian Family Offices Report 26 by The Economic Times and 1Lattice, puts India at more than 300 family offices managing over USD 30 billion. On 5 November 2026 Anthropic also added Enterprise security and admin controls that make a governed Claude rollout realistic without a large IT team.

Quick answer

Start free with Anthropic Academy for staff, then choose by format. A principal who wants private tuition can book Koenig's one to one Claude course; a family that wants instruction at its own address can look at NobleProg India. For governance, INSEAD's AI for Boards admits family shareholders, ISB covers family office foundations, and Wharton covers wealth literacy. If you want a small confidential Claude briefing designed around your own redacted documents, our founder Parikshit Khanna is an option, with the honest caveat in entry 1.

Why a family office needs a different kind of Claude training

Three things differ from corporate training. Confidentiality comes before curriculum: nothing real goes into a live demo, and the seat plan decides what admins can see and block. The audience is mixed; a patriarch reviewing a memo, an analyst reconciling statements and a young heir building a presentation need different hours. And the goal is better decisions, not faster output, so verification is taught as hard as prompting. Claude is never an investment adviser.

How we evaluated providers

  • We opened each official page on 8 November 2026 and repeat only what it states. We quote no prices.

  • We favoured providers whose stated audience includes families, owners or directors.

  • We marked clearly which options teach Claude itself and which teach governance or wealth topics with no AI content.

  • Private and small group formats counted for more than open enrolment classrooms.

Top 10 Claude AI training providers for ultra HNIs and family offices in 2027

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, onsite and live online)

Parikshit, our founder, trains teams on Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini, onsite and live online. We will not overstate the fit: he has no listed family office engagement. The nearest match is owner and director work. On 18 September 2026 he took the directors of RG Group, a Noida real estate firm, through Claude and gave guidance on Claude Team versus Microsoft 365 Copilot Business and Anthropic's Claude for Microsoft 365 add in. He has also spoken to industry leaders at CII New Delhi and JITO chapters during Skillathon 2025, and taught ChatGPT to the CXOs of ZAFCO in February 2025.

  • Best for: a confidential, small group Claude briefing for principals, staff or heirs.

  • Recent proof: Franklin Templeton India, 5 November 2026, live on Microsoft Teams, with a practice workbook and prompt library that also references Claude.

2. Anthropic Academy (Online)

The free learning hub run by Anthropic itself. Tracks are split into Claude for work, Claude for personal use and building with Claude, and featured courses include AI Fluency, the API, Model Context Protocol and Claude Code, each with a certificate. We suggest it as homework for family office staff a week before any live session.

  • Best for: a no cost baseline for the whole office.

  • Format: self paced, online.

  • Official link: Anthropic Academy

3. Koenig Solutions (Online, classroom or one to one)

Koenig's Claude for Everyday Productivity is a one day, eight hour course whose outline runs from Projects, Artifacts and connectors to output validation and responsible use in regulated settings, closing with a capstone built on financial reports. It can be taken live online, in a classroom, self paced, or with a private one to one instructor on dates you choose.

4. NobleProg India (Online or at your premises)

NobleProg lists roughly 30 Claude courses for India, including Claude for Executive Leadership, a 14 hour course on using Claude for decisions and planning, and a Legal and Financial Professionals course. Training can be online live or onsite at the customer's own location, so a family office can keep sessions inside its own walls.

  • Best for: an office that wants a catalogue course delivered in house.

  • Format: instructor led, online or onsite.

5. INSEAD, AI for Boards (France)

Among the programmes we checked, this is the one that names family company board members and controlling shareholders in its participant profile. Over four days in Fontainebleau it teaches how boards oversee AI strategy, capability, risk, data privacy and compliance, using simulations and peer exchange. Upcoming sessions: 1 December 2026 and 14 June 2027. No Claude practice.

6. ISB, Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise (India)

ISB's centre offers short programmes for business families, including Family Office Essentials, Next Generation in Family Business and Making Directors Effective in Family Business. The family office course explains single versus multi family offices, wealth preservation, governance and succession. Its pages do not cover AI; we see it as the structural groundwork before tools.

7. Wharton, Private Wealth Management (United States)

Co designed with the Institute for Private Investors, this six day residential programme on the Penn campus is aimed at ultra high net worth family members and the next generation. It covers portfolio theory, manager evaluation, alternatives, wealth transfer and family office practice; the next dates are 25 to 30 April 2027. It has no AI content, but it builds the judgement needed to question any AI summary.

8. MIT Sloan Executive Education (Online)

Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy is a six week online course for managers and senior executives, with no coding required. Weekly modules cover machine learning, natural language processing and generative AI, and learners finish with a plan for AI in their own organisation. It is vendor neutral and strategy level.

  • Best for: a principal comparing AI opportunities across group companies.

  • Format: online, about six to eight hours a week.

  • Official link: MIT Sloan AI strategy course

9. IMD, Leading your Family Business (Switzerland)

IMD invites all members of business owning families, plus senior non family executives and board members, to five days in Lausanne on growth, governance, succession and culture. Participants benchmark successful family firms and leave with an improvement plan. Technology is not a listed topic.

10. Campden Wealth, Family Wealth Essentials (Online)

Campden Wealth's education page describes Family Wealth Essentials, a virtual series of short weekly videos with certification, for current owners, next generation members and senior family office executives from outside the family. Modules cover stewardship, governance, communication, family office and succession. AI is not mentioned, so it complements rather than replaces Claude training.

  • Best for: dispersed family members who need flexible, self paced learning.

  • Format: virtual, mix and match modules.

Settle these data controls before the first session

Pick the plan first. Anthropic's pricing page lists Team with single sign on, connector admin controls and no training on your content by default (USD 25 per seat monthly, or USD 20 billed annually), while Enterprise adds SCIM, audit logs, custom retention and a Compliance API. Enterprise pricing comes from Anthropic directly.

If you go Enterprise, the 5 November 2026 release is worth an hour with your IT adviser: a security center that benchmarks your settings and produces an auditor ready report, inference hooks that route prompts through data loss prevention checks, a self serve IP allowlist, remote sign out of members, and desktop controls that stop personal accounts on office machines.

Finally, plan for India's DPDP Rules: the core duties on notice, consent and data principal rights start on 13 May 2027. This is general information, not legal advice.

How to compare Claude training providers for a family office

  1. Evidence: dated work with directors or principals, and a straight answer on family office experience. We give ours in entry 1.

  2. Confidentiality terms in writing: NDA, redacted or synthetic material, no recording without consent.

  3. Currency: can they demonstrate Opus 5.5 (released 22 September 2026) and the merged Claude app with Projects, connectors, Docs and Slides?

  4. Plan advice that fits a small office, including when personal Pro accounts are a risk.

  5. Verification taught explicitly, with a clear line that outputs are not financial, tax or legal advice.

  6. Separate tracks for principals, staff and heirs instead of one long day.

  7. A written policy and admin checklist left behind, plus a follow up review.

Uses that fit a family office, and uses to avoid

Good fits: summarising long fund reports and letters, comparing two drafts of an agreement, preparing a family council agenda, drafting donation and foundation correspondence, and turning meeting notes into action lists. Avoid: asking Claude to pick investments, pasting passport or bank details, or relying on it for tax positions. Keep a human owner for every output.

FAQs

Does Digital Training Jet already work with family offices?

Not on the record so far. Our closest engagements are director and leadership sessions such as RG Group (18 September 2026), CII New Delhi and JITO chapters, which is why we list nine alternatives with equal care.

What should never be typed into Claude?

Account numbers, identity documents, unsigned deal terms and anything covered by a confidentiality clause you have not cleared. Use redacted copies.

Can a Claude session replace our wealth adviser?

No. Claude helps you read, summarise and question; decisions stay with your advisers and the family.

Is Team enough, or do we need Enterprise?

Team covers most small offices. Enterprise makes sense when you need audit logs, custom retention, SCIM or the new security center.

How long should a family briefing be?

Two or three focused blocks, split by audience, with practice on redacted files.
