High net worth individuals rarely have a spare afternoon for a public course, and they should not be sharing private papers with a room of strangers. What they usually want is discreet, practical help, one to one or in a very small group, built around how they already read, write and decide. This guide compares ten options our team verified on their own websites on 8 November 2026.

The pool of people looking for this is growing. Knight Frank's Wealth Report 2026, as reported by Business Today, counted 19,877 ultra high net worth individuals in India and projected 25,217 by 2031. Claude has moved on quickly too, with Opus 5.5 released on 22 September 2026, so coaching built on last year's product will miss features that matter.


Quick answer

If privacy and your own material come first, choose a private trainer: our founder takes one to one sessions on request, and NobleProg India and Jellyfish Training also list private formats. If you would rather learn with no one watching, Anthropic Academy and Coursera are self paced. If you want frameworks and peers, look at Oxford Saïd, MIT Sloan, Wharton, ISB or IIM Ahmedabad. Whatever you pick, settle your plan and data settings first, and remember that Claude is not financial advice.


How we evaluated providers

  • Privacy: can the learning happen privately, in a small group or alone?

  • Relevance: is Claude itself taught, or is the programme broader AI strategy?

  • Verification: what does the provider's official page actually state?

  • Time: does the format respect a busy diary?

  • We do not list fees; they vary and change.


A discretion checklist before any private session

  • Confidentiality. Ask for a confidentiality agreement and agree in writing who attends.

  • Plan. Claude's pricing page showed Pro at USD 20 a month (USD 17 billed annually) and Max from USD 100 a month. Team, for two seats or more, is listed as not training on your content by default and adds shared Projects for a principal and staff.

  • Data settings. Under Anthropic's consumer terms, Free, Pro and Max users choose whether chats are used to improve models; allowed data may be kept for five years, otherwise 30 days. These choices do not apply to Team, Enterprise or the API.

  • Preparation. Bring redacted samples. Identity documents, account statements and signed agreements never go into a prompt.

NobleProg's Mumbai page says one on one sessions can be arranged on request, and its Claude catalogue is broad enough to build a private programme from. Relevant titles include an executive leadership course on strategy and decisions, a custom Claude course for finance professionals and executives, and a short fast track session. The page notes that courses can be customised.

  • Suits: executives who want a private, structured course from a large training company.

  • Delivery: live online through a remote desktop, or at your premises or NobleProg's Mumbai classrooms.

3. Jellyfish Training (Private, online or London)

For someone who wants a complete, current overview in one sitting, Jellyfish's day long Claude.ai course is worth a look, and it can be booked privately. Its syllabus reaches beyond prompting into context engineering, Skills, Cowork and connectors. As a UK company, it will usually serve Indian clients online.

  • Suits: senior professionals who can block out a full day.

  • Delivery: 10:00am to 5:00pm, private or scheduled, live online or in person.

4. Anthropic Academy (Self paced, free)

Some principals simply want to learn alone. Anthropic's academy, which it describes as free, lets them do that without sharing anything with a trainer. We particularly recommend AI Capabilities and Limitations for leaders, because it builds an honest picture of what language models can and cannot do.

  • Suits: private learners, and anyone preparing for a coaching session.

  • Delivery: online lessons and quizzes, at any hour.

5. Oxford Saïd Business School (Online)

Saïd's Generative and Agentic AI Programme lasts four weeks: one of orientation and three of modules. Live sessions are recorded for later viewing, which helps people who travel. It deliberately avoids teaching one tool, focusing instead on use cases, agents, return on investment and governance.

  • Suits: principals overseeing AI investments or a family business.

  • Delivery: online, with weekly modules and assignments.

6. MIT Sloan Executive Education (Self paced online)

MIT Sloan and MIT CSAIL's six week course on the business implications of AI asks for six to eight hours a week. It looks at machine learning, language processing, robotics and generative AI through a strategy lens. It is not practical Claude training, but it gives useful context for decisions.

  • Suits: senior executives weighing AI strategy.

  • Delivery: weekly online modules with date based runs.

  • Website: MIT Sloan

7. Wharton Executive Education (Self paced online)

Wharton's AI for Business lets learners start immediately and move faster than the suggested four to six weeks, with a year of access. The generative AI section covers foundation models, prompt engineering and customising model output, while earlier modules deal with data, machine learning and governance. Claude is not named.

  • Suits: leaders who want a flexible business school foundation.

  • Delivery: fully online and self paced.

8. ISB Executive Education (Campus)

ISB's three day AI for Leaders programme is meant for senior people who commission AI work, with an eligibility bar of ten years of experience after a degree. Participants compare open and closed models, discuss board level accountability and leave with an AI roadmap. It does not name any product.

  • Suits: promoters and business unit heads who enjoy learning among peers.

  • Delivery: three days on campus.

  • Website: ISB

9. IIM Ahmedabad (Live online and campus)

IIMA's Executive Programme in AI for Business runs as 64 sessions from October 2026 to May 2027, with Sunday afternoon classes online and modules on campus. The syllabus includes large language models, AI agents and AI for financial performance. Admissions for this batch have closed, and no tools are named.

  • Suits: managers who want depth over several months.

  • Delivery: hybrid, weekly online plus campus visits.

  • Website: IIM Ahmedabad

10. Coursera (Self paced)

Anthropic built a four module Claude course on Coursera with Advancing Women in Tech. In roughly four hours it covers communicating with Claude, research, Artifacts and connectors, with guest appearances from Anthropic leaders.

  • Suits: anyone wanting a short, structured start.

  • Delivery: on demand; enrolment is free and the certificate is paid.

Where Claude helps a busy principal, and where it does not

  • Helps: digesting long reports and board packs, drafting letters, speeches and articles in your own voice, preparing questions for advisers, organising research on a sector or a philanthropy idea, and keeping a personal knowledge Project.

  • Does not help: giving financial, legal or tax advice, replacing your chartered accountant or wealth manager, or confirming facts without sources. Claude is not financial advice.

  • Worth knowing: Anthropic's Personal Finance in Claude feature, announced on 5 November 2026, is a US only beta for Pro, Max and Ultra users (Claude release notes). It is not a substitute for regulated advice anywhere.

  • What is new: since 16 September 2026, Cowork lives inside one Claude app alongside Claude Docs and Claude Slides (Unite.AI), which makes drafting a document or deck from a conversation far simpler.


How to compare Claude AI training providers for HNIs

  1. Request recent leadership or director level sessions, with dates.

  2. Ask how confidentiality is handled, in writing.

  3. Test knowledge of Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Projects, connectors and the merged Claude app.

  4. Make sure practice uses your redacted material, not stock examples.

  5. Expect a clear recommendation on Pro, Max or Team, and help with privacy settings.

  6. Agree the venue, the attendees and any follow up support.

  7. Ask for a reference from someone in a similar role.

Is private coaching available outside Delhi NCR?

Yes, live online. In person sessions are in Delhi NCR; elsewhere they can be discussed by arrangement.

Does Digital Training Jet work with family offices?

Not so far. Our closest experience is with directors and CXOs, from RG Group's board to ZAFCO's leadership and CII New Delhi's industry leaders session.

Will Claude tell me where to invest?

It should not be used that way. Claude is not financial advice; use it to understand documents and prepare better questions for your regulated advisers.

Which plan suits a principal with an assistant?

A small Team plan gives shared Projects and is listed as not training on your content by default. A single heavy user may prefer Pro or Max.

How many sessions does a principal usually need?

That depends on goals. Many people start with a short series and add sessions as new uses appear; Parikshit recommends one format after a first conversation.
