Design a Jaipur tourism campaign around a measurable enquiry

Use a fictional Jaipur walking-tour operator to practise campaign planning. The offer is a guided three-hour neighbourhood walk with a clearly stated meeting point, group size, inclusion list and cancellation information approved by the operator. The classroom objective is an eligible booking enquiry rather than maximum website visits. Create three synthetic customer requests: a family needing a slower pace, a solo visitor seeking architecture and a small team requiring a private group experience.

Map each request to the information needed on the landing page. A visitor should be able to find the itinerary, available language, duration, accessibility contact and booking process without guessing. Draft separate message variations for the three audiences, but use only details included in the brief. Do not advertise invented availability, guaranteed experiences or discounts. Keep an explicit list of unknown facts for the operator to resolve before any campaign is activated.

Build a planning spreadsheet with columns for audience, search intention, proposed message, landing-page section, enquiry definition and maximum pilot spend. Add a review column for queries that would be irrelevant to the actual service, such as requests for jobs or unrelated transport. This is an exercise in relevance, not a promise that any particular keyword produces bookings. Use an approved account workflow to implement the reviewed plan and confirm current platform requirements before launch.

Create twelve fictional enquiries containing source, party size, requested date, suitability and follow-up outcome. Record the actual synthetic spend and eligible enquiry count for the same observation period; do not substitute the maximum budget for spend. Calculate eligible enquiries divided by total enquiries, and actual spend divided by eligible enquiries. A rate or cost with a zero denominator is undefined and must be labelled accordingly. Separate an enquiry from a confirmed booking so that results are not overstated. A human reviewer should test the form, verify advertised details and check that records contain only necessary information. Decide what to retain, revise or stop using the recorded evidence.
